The Leadership Dojo is a fixed group of 5-7 leaders who collaboratively elaborate and share what leadership skills and attributes are needed to meet the challenges of the future. In this interactive exchange, leaders will design solutions to their most difficult challenges as they explore four key areas of leadership:
Optimism – Seeing possibilities where others bemoan the status quo.
Creativity – Courageously forging the way forward, even when the path is not clear.
Humanity – Activating the best in others and creating the conditions for individuals and the team to succeed.
Transparency – Looking things in the eye and giving them a framework to give others more clarity and inspire them to act.
Connectedness – Creating more awareness that issues are both individual and part of the bigger picture.
The Dojo is scheduled for 3 evenings of 3 hours each (digital and/or live). On each of the evenings, two of the participating managers bring in their “case”, which is viewed and reflected on from all possible angles together with the group. The aim is not to evaluate or lecture, but rather to consult with colleagues at eye level. All participants thus have the opportunity to experience a supportive “deep dive” on their own topic.
