As an executive coach, I help leaders connect with their inner navigator, even in difficult situations, and use this source of energy as a growth engine for themselves and their team. Every coaching is a treasure hunt to the coachee’s true nature and power. Being in one’s own power means having a good relationship with oneself, i.e. also accepting parts of oneself that others do not like. I work with executives to identify and dissolve inner boundaries that are hindering them, so that they can develop their own potential in their leadership role. This also involves recognizing and allowing the simultaneity of supposed inner opposites as strength, e.g. vulnerability and strength or clarity and multi-optional thinking. Concrete implementation steps, which take into account the organizational environment and rank structures, support the coachee in consistently achieving the set goals and thus living their own leadership role more strongly in everyday professional life and in their own life.
